The Smoove Systems Clarity Assessment is a focused, two-week deep dive into how your business actually runs today. I map your current processes, flag risks and bottlenecks, and hand you a prioritized roadmap for what to fix first, plus a walkthrough call to talk through the findings together.

Smoove Sailing Services works best with growing teams and small businesses that have outgrown their original systems, often somewhere between 5 and 50 employees, where processes still live in someone's head instead of on paper. I work most often with growing service-based and SaaS organizations, but the approach applies to any team running on repeatable processes.

Pricing depends on the service. A deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion, and you'll always get a clear quote before we begin.

Timelines depend on scope. Clarity Assessments run about two weeks, and implementation projects typically take three to six weeks depending on how many processes we're documenting and how much support your team needs adopting them.

Yes. Smoove Sailing Services works with clients remotely, so I can support growing teams wherever they're located. Calls, workshops, and documentation are all handled virtually.

Yes. Confidentiality matters, especially since this work involves a close look at your internal operations. I'm happy to sign an NDA before any assessment or project begins.

You'll leave with a clear roadmap you can act on with or without me. Many clients choose to move into a Systems & Documentation Implementation package next, and 10% of the assessment fees are credited toward that work if you move forward within the agreed timeframe.
